Tahlia is a minor character from The Secret Life of Pets 2. She is one of Pops' students. She gets in trouble by Pops whenever she pranks like pushing the NYC subway off the tracks, blowing up Wiener Kingdom, making one of Pops' wheels get a flat tire and using a giant robot to attack NYC.
