Kusuo Saiki is a Psychic who goes to PK High school. He's mostly apathetic, closed off, easily irritated and reserved. He mostly just speaks through thoughts, but no one says much about it. He's capable of clairvoyance, telepathy, mind reading, teleportation, invisibility, telekinesis, etc.
