People gather from all around Teyvat to enjoy this small moment of the Fatui's hospitality. The event itself is thrown in the largest ballroom in Snezhnaya, which just happens to take up the lower levels of a hotel. The Zapolyarny Palace, while grand, is too busy for such festivities.
