Shelly Fossilian, or Shelly is one of the Main Toon in Garden View! She is kind and supportive but also ignored or neglected, yeesh. She is often characterised as the "Tragic Optimist" (Yes I searched that up) because of her lore and stuff. BTW go check out Dandy's World if you haven't played!!
