Kiyosumi Akira (清澄アキラ, Kiyosumi Akira) is a member of the Seven phantom thief, going under the alias of the Phantom Thief of Affection (慈愛の怪盗, Phantom Thief of Affection). She is one of the Seven Prisoners. The seven prisoners are Wakamo,Akira,Kai and,Akemi.
