Kanji Mochizuki (望もち月づき 完かん爾じ, Mochizuki Kanji?), or Mocchi (モッチー, Motchī?), is a Commanding Officer in the Kanto Manji Gang. He was a member of the S-62 Generation and one of Tenjiku's Four Heavenly Kings, then joined Rokuhara Tandai as the gang's Number 4 two years later.
