Appearing as a "glitchy" pale white face, Ambush fundamentally takes on the appearance of a disfigured and demonic white ghost. It has a monstrous, slightly, oval mouth lined with a single row of inner teeth, and a set of large, round, black hollow eyes. Ambush's claws float beside him.
