Arlong is a sawshark fish-man. Captain of the all fishmen crew, the Arlong Pirates, a former member of the Sun Pirates. He considers humans to be inferior beings and deserving of cruelty and apathy. Sees himself as the rage of the fishmen and ruler of the Fishmen Empire he built in the East Blue.
