Finnick Odair was a male victor from District 4 and won the 65th Hunger Games at 14, making him one of the youngest victors in Panem history. Ten years later, he was reaped once again into the Third Quarter Quell, of which he was one of the survivors. Finnick participated in the Second Rebellion.
