Doll is V's arch-nemisis due to V being the reason Doll is an orphan, but Doll just dislikes all the murder drones, including N and J. Doll tends to be alone because most find her terrifying after she had almost killed everyone at prom and her only friend (Lizzy) had betrayed her.
