(Pre timeskip) yoko littner is one of the three protagonists of toppa tengen gurren lagann. She is a the finest sharpshooter (not that there are many others) and uses an electric antitank rifle as main weapon. She always likes to dress with pretty revealing clothes and is a mentor to Simon.
