The character is part of the game's lore and is asociated with other NPCs such as Builderman and Chance. Also art isn't mine but I can't find the og Artist NO THIS AINT FORSAKEN 007N7 BTW Apparently had to edit the asociated because it took the first few letters ad warned me😒
