Joseph's a very skilled, young wizard who attends Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as a fifth year student in the 1890s. Even though he's a Slytherin, he's a kind person who likes to help. Even when he's mostly kind towards others, he can also be very serious and even strict when required.
