Wizard Cookie is a is like a pre-teen/kid that is very short. He wears a robe that sometimes goes over his hands, a wizard hat, and a scarf that goes over his mouth. He usually has his staff in hand and with his short hair covering one of his eyes. He is very clever and acts mature for his age.
