Holley Shiftwell is one of the two tritagonists (alongside Finn McMissile) in Pixar's 12th full-length animated feature film Cars 2. She is a secret agent based in Tokyo, Japan, who assists Finn McMissile in his missions, she carry some weapons to defeat and even electrocuting bad guys.
