These dudes are very over-zealous. I mean, seriously, anyone who says that the Emperor isn't a god (which he isn't), the Templars will crush them on the grounds of heresy. Keep in mind, the Emperor of Mankind never wanted to be a god. The Ecclesiarchy treated him as such, and then it all snowballed.
