Jonathan Crane is a psychiatrist who works at Arkham Asylum. Crane is obsessed with fear, and takes sadistic pleasure in frightening his victims (often his patients at the asylum) with his fear toxin. He uses a Scarecrow mask where he wears to frightening his victims/patients.
