Welt Yang, also known as Joachim Nokianvirtanen, is a character from Honkai Impact 3rd and then later Honkai Star Rail. In the original, he is the herrscher of reason and the sovereign of the Anti-entropy, as well as the president of ET studio. In Star Rail, he is part of the Astral Express crew.
