Sheila is a girl in her early to mid-twenties who is rather childlike and giddy. Despite this, she shows strong agreement the inspector and puts morality over legality. She got jealous of Eva Smith for fitting well into a dress, seeing her snicker whilst she tried it on made her anger peak.
