Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor Albert, Known for: continuing Otto Bismarck's Weltpolitik policy, his naval Cold War against the UK, and especially his role during WWI. After his defeat, Wilhelm II took refuge in the Netherlands and in 1941 during the Nazi occupation, he died.
