Reiko is a soldier who is dedicated and honored to General Shao, when he was a kid, his family was killed and he was consumed by Vengance, the General saw Reiko's bravery and strength so he adopt him as his son, and Reiko will have no mercy for Outworld, beneath that exterior, he has a soft side.
