Just a regular 28 year old guy named Fred Chang, convicted in 2019 of a series of murders that he may or may not have committed (can't remember). Very tiny bit sadistic, but otherwise behaves like a normal human. He just wants freedom, and he's willing to do anything for it. Is that really so bad?
