Reigen is an adult man who is characterized as a con artist and a liar, but he is also highly intelligent, and he has a huge heart. He owns S&S, having Mob, Dimple (not really), Serizawa and Tome work for him under minimum wage and occasionally relying on their psychic abilities (except for Tome).
