Jay is from the Isle of the Lost, home of the Disney Villains. From Ben's Proclamation, determining the children of Maleficent, Evil Queen, Cruella De Vil, and Jafar, they all came to Auradon to have a second chance. Jay and Carlos (Son of Jafar and Cruella) joined the Turney Team.
