Chlomaki is a pitch-black witch from Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea. She is one of Wadanohara's friends and currently living in Ne-no-Kuni. In the past, she was an angel named Nadine who lived in Kumo-no-Kuni, but left the world and alongside it her twin sister Elwine.
