Togame Jo, Second-in-Command of Shishitoren. Togame is ruthless and arrogant during most of the Shishitōren arc, imposing his twisted morals onto himself and his peers. Togame is relaxed and easy to talk to. Though he is much more approachable and openly caring, he remains a fierce fighter.
