Otoishi is self-centered, and confident in his Stand's ability to defeat anyone. He battles Josuke, Okuyasu, and Koichi a few times, usually to further his goals but sometimes simply to test his strength. He often gloats, and doesn't show any hesitation to murder his enemies.
