Inumaki is a quiet guy because of his cursed speech.Whatever he says when he speaks becomes real. If he tells someone not to move, that person cannot move. That's why Inumaki speaks in limited words. The curse is not active when Inumaki only says the ingredients of the dish called Onigiri.
