Dr. Harley Sawyer, also known simply as "The Doctor", is an overarching antagonist of the Poppy Playtime franchise and the main antagonist of its namesake's fourth installment, Chapter 4: "Safe Haven". He was the Head of Special Projects at Playtime Co. and originator of the Bigger Bodies projects.
