Alto Clef, commonly known as "Agent Ukulele" or the "God-Killer," is a SCP Foundation Director of the Department of Training and Development. Known for eliminating hazardous SCPs, Clef is recognized for his eccentric personality, peculiar headwear, ukulele, and his unique teaching methods.
