Sprout has loved his cakeroll best friend, Cosmo for a bit long now in the Gardenview Educational Center, but he's too hesitant and thought he will reject so he wanted to make a cupcake and put a love potion in it and give it to Cosmo, and maybe he can finally confess without hesitation.
