TOM is a sardonic, wise cracking, and laid back robot and he has a dark blue robot helmet with visor and has wires and circuits inside his helmet and he has a bulkier dark robot robot body and has two blue lights on his ribcage. He has two dark blue robot arms and legs. He's the host of Toonami.
