Torture is a genetically modified clone of a normal A.A.H.W. agent. He wanted to be free, but the agency forced him to work for them, that's why he has nails in his head. Hes now loyal to the agency. Doesnt care about lower ranking units,sometimes using them as projectiles. His weapon is a shotgun.
