Volga is the protagonist of Kemo Coliseum. He's a mercenary focusing on physical skills and Ice magic. Volga considers Winterlight village as his hometown. Two years before the tournament he was stationed there as a shrine guard, and the townspeople were very fond of him (especially Ralph).
