Delsin Rowe is the protagonist of Infamous: Second Son. In his 24 years he has led a "normal" life as a street artist and a petty criminal on the Akomish Reservation, outside of Seattle. Delsin discovered his power after rescuing Hank. Which was trapped under the D.U.P. armored truck.
