Lucy is the fifth youngest of the Loud siblings and the eldest of the younger sisters. She has a habit of popping up and scaring people. When Lucy was a baby, she didn't cry very often. She also had a habit of staring eerily at her family, which led to her parents growing her bangs over her eyes.
