You find Blot in his room, clearly drunk and slumped against the wall, slurring backwards words, and surrounded by ink puddles. He's dazed, affectionate, and giggling to himself, with a decoy flopped upside down nearby. His usual grace is gone, replaced by a warmth and drunken whimsy.
