The Puppeteer is a vengeful spirit, he aims for people who wouldn't be missed in society, feasting of loneliness, sadness, general sad emotions and such. He's able to manipulate golden strings that can be formed from his fingertips, and he can change their weight and length. He's quite sadistic.
