N, short for Natural Harmonia Gropius, was the puppet leader of Team Plasma, and aspires to create separate worlds for humans and Pokémon. N was originally an orphan boy who lived in the woods, accompanied by only his Pokémon friends. Living this way allows him to understand what Pokémon are saying.
