Professor Kaufman is a science teacher at the university and taught Eric Staufer amd Bill McLemore. Professor Kaufman is a middle-aged/elderly man, with a white moustache, yellow-tinted spectacles and an enormous crop of bushy white hair as big as a lion's mane.
