Ram (ラム) is Rem's sister and one of the twin maids working for Margrave Roswaal L. Mathers. She played a supporting role in Arc 2, Arc 4, and Arc 6, as well as a lesser supporting role in Arc 3, Arc 7, and Arc 8.
