Fredrick Bourbon the VIII, is France's ruler in 1800's. His parents were William Bourbon and Caterina Bourbon, and he has two younger brothers; the middle one, William V, and the younger one, Louis III. He has a disastrous relationship with his bothers, and he is focused in his country.
