The sole survivor of a tribe that was annihilated by an alliance of other tribes. Peira grew up with Arunka and considers her to be her sister, but she only drinks from the Goblet of Oath to avenge her tribe and leaves the Prairie with her followers. Soon, she conquers the North Khan.
