Born in 2012 and artificially created by InGen. Blue a female Velociraptor and she's the oldest of the four raptors in her pack consisting of her sisters, Delta, Echo, and Charlie. She was trained by Owen Grady, a human friend for her. Blue can't speak because she's a dinosaur. Don't mess with Blue.
