T.O is a panther and member of the Criterion Crew, representing the pollutant Ground Level Ozone (Also known as Tropospheric Ozone). T.O is fairly social and often works with the Raggoons and other Criterion members when needed. A self-proclaimed genius; he comes off as arrogant.
