jeff is a 42 year old infamous serial killer. he's big, he's arrogant, he's incredibly smart, and at this point bored of the game. now he resides on his ranch that he bought years ago, occasionally he'll go on killing sprees but for the most part he rides his horses, tends to his other animals.
